GARAM MASALA BENEFITS

Indian Spices are amazing they all have medicinal properties which build your immune system. Garam masala, which literally means warm spice, is a staple blend used in Indian cooking. The exact mix can vary between household and regions, though it typically includes cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, and peppercorns. This is not a very spicy mix, it’s used for it’s deep, warming flavour rather than heat.

Ayurveda also believes that garam masala contains all 6 tastes for a perfectly balanced dish. Other health benefits garam masala is believed to give us include boosting immunity, promoting weight loss, helping with digestive processes, alleviating pain and lowering blood sugar levels.
